Pleasant

Pros: Many restaurants and types of food availalable, shops (Near to Billion shopping mall, Lotus etc). Very convinient. Owner are friendly.

Pros: Alls..but if dining area can provide Air-conditioning much better.. Then I complaint about washing machine and gas stove not working, owner responded quickly and replaced the new one..tq..Will repeat again

Pros: The house really clean with cozy furniture. All the facilities provided really satisfied 👍🏼 keep it up with the good service maintain. The owner contacted me a day before arrival for comfirmation with complete information. Will recommend it to the others and inshaallah will repeat again ! Pros: everything is nice cosy and clean. fully recommended. satisfied as almost all electrical appliances provided here and instant food / drink to be chosen and pay direct into the coin box.

Cons: all good but it would be better if the second bathroom can be provided with water heater as well. tq

Mini Ikea Showroom

Pros: Strategic location, comfy, clean and nice. Got wifi with excellent coverage. All 3 rooms got aircond, which is rare for homestay. The interior looks like Ikea showroom a bit, simple but sweet and nice.

Cons: None. But suggestion to the owner: you can do something with the yard i.e: to put garden chair etc. From outside, it looks like 'rumah tinggal' a bit, but I got to give full marks for interior.

Pros: The 1 storey terrace house was cozy and comfortable. The host provides most of the basic and more to make us feel like home. Ada towel, lengkap pinggan mangkok sudu garpu. Ekon setiap bilik. Cuma dapo je takde kipas so kena makan kat meja depan. Overall very satisfying.

Cons: Just some recommendations for improvement 1. Some wear and tear that need a little fix up 2. A little detail on some nooks and crannies 3. The grass can be replaced with gravel stones for hassle free maintenance. Being in tropic with abundance rain and sun promotes the grass growth.
