Great room and staff, but the housemates can make or break the stay.

Pros: The flat and room is really nice. The staff and security amazing. The nice encounters with other nice travellers in the house (it's a shared house)

Cons: The lack of education from some travellers who left a huge amount of dirty dishes in the sink and in the living room on the day they checked out. The rudeness of the locals staying next door was also a problem, as they could not accept my request to keep their children under control while they were constantly crying out of whim and hitting the walls. The parents even tried to start a fight with me, convinced of their own importance. Fortunately, Bilal, the security staff member, stepped in and calmed them down. However, I still had to move to another house to deescalate a situation I was not looking for.

Pros: I booked the shared bathroom earlier but before I check in I upgrade to the private bathroom and I just add only RM42 and it's very cheap. I'll recommend this villa to the others and will come again later

Pros: Comfortable and spacious homestay, perfect for a family staycation. Quiet surroundings with a beautiful green view. Parking was easy, and the place was clean and well-maintained. Will definitely come again.

Cons: Just one small thing: no mirror in the homestay. Hope it can be added soon..tq 😊

Had an amazing stay in a beautiful house!

Pros: The house was beautiful, cozy and tidy. Very spacious rooms for the price and very near the batu ferringhi night market.

Cons: The only thing was that the bathroom had a lot of hair in the drain but apart from that, everything was amazing. Was a little sad because in the pictures, we saw a BBQ set up however, there wasn't any.

Pros: the best and beautiful home, I love my room very much, it face greeneries and comfortable bed!

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at the villa. The bed was comfortable and the lighting was bright, it just the way I like it.

Cons: The water wasn’t hot enough, and for some reason, I couldn’t use the hair dryer.

Pros: The bed is very comfortable. Clean house and easy to check in.

Cons: Just don't know how to use the heater. Luckily got helped by the staff through video

Overall, a solid option for anyone looking for a convenient and hassle-free stay. Would consider returning.
