Pros: The location is really convenient, it's near the Batu Ferringhi beach. Driving to Georgetown is about 45 to 50 min. The room and bathroom are clean. Beds are large and comfortable too.

BEST BED AND PILLOWS!

Pros: My friend and I have been travelling for 7 months around Asia - this was THE COMFIEST bed and pillows we've had during our entire trip! The accommodation is a short walk from the beach, there is a well stocked shop just outside, some good and cheap local restaurants, and pricier restaurants that are more 'touristy' if that's what you prefer just on the main road by the beach. The apartment was light, spacious and well equipped. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Pros: We're stayed during week day & only 2 rooms occupying We're enjoying the whole house & it's very comfortable

Cons: Just some improvement on the window lock & water during morning was stopped in second floor Some dust on floor is good to vacuum before next customer

as expected but to far from mainroad

Pros: new, building , 24our security, service for personal requests, on whatsapp,keylocker.

Cons: did not have daily roomclean, but clean towels if asked no problem, wooden doors make loud noise by closing, shower area remains very wet after use, better provide floorswipe , distance to mainroad thakes 15min walk, maybe good idea to provide transport service to mainroad etc
