Surprised Homestay Butterworth

Quiet and peaceful

Pros: Very quiet which i appreciate, and everything is good, I guess television is the only bad thing, i don't watch it anyway so for me no problem

Pros: Really comfy bed and quiet area but not far from favorite local restaurants

Cons: Since it's a homestay and not a hotel, it only has common pantry and fridge that we could use... Would have been wonderful if we could have those in the room itself especially if we were to stay longer than just a couple of nights

Pros: First time staying in a homestay in Butterworth. I would say, it's a value-for-money stay. Peddey (the owner, I believe) was prompt and efficient from pre-checking in until I arrived at the property, and checking-out. He even gave some recommended eating places to go to. I tried out Ah Khoon's Lor Mee for breakfast..It was pretty good.

Cons: So far, none.

Pros: The carpark location was very convenient Easy access

Pros: The homely charm. The well maintained garden outside.

Cons: The quality of the towels can be improved. Room slippers made available would be good.

I stayed one night and slept very well.

Pros: Clean room, nice comfortable bed, hot shower. Quiet and relaxing.

Cons: Not much really. There wasn’t much of a staff presence but some people prefer that.

Good value and nice owner. Check location suits

Pros: It was lovely and clean and air con worked really well in such a small space. Owner communicated very well with instructions about collecting key a couple of mins drive away, and provided a list of suggested places to visit.

Cons: The homestay was a modern building but we were a bit concerned driving in there as it’s quite a run down area nearby. However we didn’t feel unsafe.

Pros: I really like the service, facility and the house very secure
