everything was nice. the price is affordable and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Pros: the security was nice with self check in. the staff was friendly and helpful. willing to give me earlier check in.

Cons: the bed is not so comfortable but it's okay just a bit uncomfortable.

Cons: Most facilities were mostly old with very basic room fitting but it is understood since the price offered is cheap.

Nice host, comfortable stay

Pros: Nice host, and always available on whatsapp. The room was clean and comfortable, only the paint is quite old. Basic functional bathroom. Hot and cold filtered water available in the hallway, as well a microwave in the kitchen (fridge was not working).

Pros: Owner was nice and helpful, location is near to all trendy places and parking is convenient.

Cons: Room was generally clean however there are some spiders and their webs around the ceiling so it is quite uncomfortable for an arachnophobic person like me

Pros: Staf kaunter sangat ramah dan baik. Siap tanya kita sudi atau tak sewa bilik yang dia bawa tunjukkan. Utk 2 orang mmg sesuai biliknya. Tekanan air paip dan shower pun kuat. Walaupun bilik kecil tapi selesa. Tempat pun ada disediakan utk 3 kereta sahaja. Lokasi sgt dekat dgn Kinta Riverwalk mungkin hanya dalam 100 meter shj.

Cons: Bilik agak berbau masam sikit mungkin kesan karpet sedikit kotor atau lembab. Lubang tandas agak kotor. Overall semua ok.
