Pros: I found this hotel online and got curious to try it. The suites are separate from the dorms. The place is clean and safe. It’s located in the center, so you can easily explore nearby attractions like Concubine Lane. The uncle at the reception is nice and funny.

Good for what we needed, perfect for a couple of nights

Pros: Great location! Bit tricky to find initially but the host was readily available on WhatsApp to help us out. The pool was an added bonus (looks a bit green but we did see it being cleaned!). There was also a plug on each side of the bed!

Cons: Our room didn’t actually have a window once the balcony doors were closed, this meant it was quite dark inside, with it being close to the main road you can hear lots of traffic.

Pros: Very nature. Unique idea of design for old buildings

Cons: However, half of the room is not air-conditioning. And also not fence up, I understand is a design but for elderly really cannot sleep. And also the iron wire to hold the tilam, also cause few times of pain during my stay

The best place tp stay for cafe hunting!

Pros: Located in the city centre, walking distance to nearby attractions and local cafes !

Unique !

Pros: This property is great and truly unique. It has a different charm compared to others. The location is very convenient, close to Ipoh town. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Ipoh

Everything was okay. Mr. Andy was kind enough to help us upgrade the booking & explained lots of things. Easy access

Pros: The location is very good to explore the attractions & close to the KTM station if you travel by ETS

Cons: Can be a busy & cramp location since many attractions are just downstairs

Pros: its located at the heart of Ipoh, everything is just a walking distance. The room is spacious.

Cons: Not soundproof, you can hear people walking entering the corridor.

Really cool place to stay in Ipoh

Pros: Excellent location, nice design, great pool and helpful staff.

Cons: Thin walls so can hear people coughing in next room

Nostalgic environment along concubine lane vicinity.

Pros: This accommodation is perfect and worth for our money. I enjoyed staying in as the room I stayed was super cosy and far from city noise. I kinda like the swimming pool facility tho it could be well-maintained.

Cons: Although we get access card for each patron, I find the locking system for each room could be improved. Especially, when we lock from inside. The classic locking system is fine, but more attention should be given to safety aspect.
