Aayu Chulia - Chulia St

Pros: Very friendly staff accessible very quickly, the room was available early so they let me in as soon as I arrived. The location is perfect if you're looking both for historical spots and vibrant night life.

Cons: The internet connection was not so good, at least on my floor (3rd).

Enjoyable

Pros: The property was easy to access and self check in process was good. The communal space was nice could use a sink in the main area though even if guests do their own washing up. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The bathrooms were fine cleaned once a day and generally well kept. Ear plugs are provided as expected the walls and ceilings are thin so you can hear a lot Good value for money in the area. The contact number was helpful and we did a tour with a volunteer which was nice.

Cons: Not sure how often the fridge is checked and had a smell to it. Bedding had some marks. Not advisable for light sleepers but they do give you ear plugs

Pros: Location is perfect for Georgetown main sites. Comfortable bed. Hosts are very helpful and respond fast to requests on booking.com

Cons: Rooms are really small and don’t provide much space to hang clothes. Double room had sockets far from the bed and no bed lights.

Pros: Good facilities and everything was as we expected. We left our bags here for a couple days when we flew to kuching at no extra cost. The walls are thin and they provide ear plugs!

Cheap hotel in a tourist area, good location good for a couple of nights.

Pros: To get location if you want to hang out in the touristy area.

Cons: The bathrooms could’ve been cleaner. And the rooms could’ve had firmer beds.

Solid spot

Pros: This place is a calm, cosy spot in a great location to see the sights and near some fun bars. Despite the shared bathrooms, it was a quiet, private stay. Check in was easy and staff, from the hosts to the cleaners, were wonderful.

Cons: Any room without a window is slightly off putting but fine for a short stay.

Pros: great choice! Me and my husband love stayed here...all the facilities very convenience, just sad about parking
