Great localitation

Pros: Great localitation and attention, confortable room.

Pros: I don't get the low rating! Aircon works good, they work hard to make sure there's no mold. If there used to be, it's because people leave wet stuff in the rooms. There is NONE now. Breakfast is simple but free. Free clean towels you can have 1 a day! Enough shower facilities. Location is terrific.

Cons: Not a social hostel and fruit with the breakfast quickly runs out. Rooms are a bit small.

Pros: It was the 1st time experiencing bunker bed with strangers, it was good experience. Toilet was clean, room was cozy and bed was comfortable, too good for the bunker bed price.

Cons: Nothing haha

If only there are windows

Pros: I really like the vibe, the decor, and the greenery outside the front door. This kind of vibe can easily make one feel like home. I miss it. The facilities are old but clean. Showers and toilets are in separate cubicles, which is good. The staff are friendly. Being able to get a simple breakfast at the beginning of the day is a huge plus for me (toast + jam/butter + watermelon + coffee/tea). I especially like that there is a shelf on each bed, with a small locker for valuables (you can put your laptop inside, but bags cannot fit in). There is some small space in between buildings on the ground floor where you can hang clothes and they dry quickly.

Cons: Poor ventilation in the dorm. The windows are all sealed with non-removable plastic sheets, and it is a very small room, with mold spots on the ceiling, I can smell the dampness when the air-con is off. All these made me concerned about the air quality, though to be fair I did not actually feel unwell during my 3-night stay. I think they are to some extent aware of it, as an air purifier is placed in the room. This may be a minor issue for others: when I stay in the common area, every time someone smokes outside, I can smell some of it due to the inward airflow.

Pros: The location is only a ten minutes walk from the ferry and it's in the centre of little india plenty of cheap places for eating

Pros: Location is fanatasic inside little india area and short walking distance from Armenian Art st. They have nice breakfast toast , butter and Jam. All day tea and coffee. It's big place with variety of beds and rooms. Few mintues walk frkm Chulia st where clubs and bars. Stuff is helpful.

Cons: It's all good . But there is no place to put washed clothes.

Pros: Always stay here when im in Penang. Lovely place, great location, historic building. Excellent price.
