Unexpected good service

Pros: The hostel offer such price with unexpected good good facilities The host give free room upgrade because they have new renovations of the toilet and I been stay in a room with balcony The air conditioning is super cold and also super fast WiFi

Cons: The location is not exactly in the Georgetown But that’s no a big deal as I have my own transport

Pros: Clean and comfortable bed. They provide water machine. Strong water for shower.

Pros: The room was clean and spacious, the owner gave fast replies to messages and calls. It was overall a value for the money spent.

Cons: It was a bit noisy with the animal noise at night but other than that it was all fine.

Pros: the guy that felt with outside bookings was excellent and patient in helping me finally get into my room

Cons: the self check in was a nightmare they didn't send me the information till well after I arrived and the key box number was wrong but the guy on the phone for outside bookings finally got the right code took two rooms and up and down stairs with bags but we got there in the end

Pros: Clean room and functional air conditioning. Would be great if iron and boards were provided.

Cons: There's a commotion or an argument during my 2nd nite staying and it's actually frightened my children.

Excellent Location, Cozy and Comfortable Hostel.

Pros: The hostel in very strategic location, was in the center of the town. Room are very clean and comfortable. Overall was satisfied for my staying. The room with air conditional, tower and water dispenser facility provided. Free parking space are available in front of the hostel on first come first serve basic. The hostel implement very friendly self check in method, Simple and easy check in process. Value for money. Highly recommended hostel.

Cons: my suggestion can provide at least 1 bottle of drinking water.

Pros: The room is big enough for two adults. And there is hot water for the shower.

Cons: the gate has some problems. it should be repaired ASAP. when I entered the correct passcode, I could not open it. in the end, the door was opened by someone who lived near the door and told me the skill to open it. but when I tried it again, it did not work too.

Very nice place to stay

Pros: - The bus stop to the center is at 2 minutes walking from the hostel - Good and cheap restaurants near the hostel - A/C in the room - Cosy bed - Clean room

Pros: Really good clean and calm place. Not in city center but totally it's good location. Definitely value for money.

Clean Budget Accomodation

Pros: Very good budget accomodation. Simple, minimalist, but got all the basic required : a comfortable bed, aircond, Wi-Fi and hot showers. It's getting hard these days to find budget accomodation that is clean but this place is perfectly clean. Bedsheets and towels are fresh. The street is quiet. Got hot/cold water dispenser on first floor and a fridge if you need to store medication. No reception but the customer service through WhatsApp is quickly responsive and accommodating.

Cons: Everything was alright. A little smell of cigarette in my room though.
