An amazing 3night stay

Pros: Lobby was really amazing. The swing and the kitchen facilities were amazing. There are some pamphlets to guide you. The room was small but very comfortable. Bed was soft and linen was clean. Aircon was really amazing. Location was perfect. Close enough to everything like the Jetties, Armenian street and street art, but quiet enough to get rest and relax. And the price was good value for money. We took the 204 bus from the mall close by to Penang Hill(which is a MUST visit) and it cost us Rm2 per person. No hectic traffic or queues.

Cons: Our room 204(upper floor)used a manual key and the position to insert the key was a bit awkward but it's not a issue. The main thing was an inconsiderate guest that would run at 5am in the morning like an elephant and it would wake us up. The entire place isn't soundproofed but it's really not that bad... It was only this guest that was a bit annoying. But overall we loved it and would definitely stay here again. (Especially since they have multiple locations all over Malaysia)

Best value for money

Pros: The place was comfortable, feeling like going back to school as the bathroom was shared but im ok with it. The staff was responsive even when I called around 9:30pm. Overall this hotel is best value for money if you just want somewhere to have a good night sleep

Pros: Easy self check in. Very easy. The cleanness. The staff named Harvind is so friendly and soft spoken. The area is so good and very close to popular places. the pantry is so good also.

Cons: soundproofing. I can hear someone took a bath.

Good value

Pros: Nice amenities in the room with a nice desk, chair, lamp, hangers and a clothes rack, and a nice board with small hooks etc Room is clean and new. Nice common area - dining table, basic kitchen, fridge

Cons: No window. Some of the showers didn't work? Or not easily operated... Not simply turning on the faucet... Staff didn't reply to all my messages. Had asked them to leave a plug adaptor in my room 24 hours before check in but they didn't reply and didn't leave one.

Pros: Great location, can walk to everywhere very easily. The room we booked was quite small but that doesn’t matter to us. Very clean, would stay here again
