Pros: I truly incredible hotel, the staff were so attentive and friendly. The room itself was beautiful with a beautiful view of the sunrise in the morning, I only stayed 1 night but we will definitely come back!

Pros: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional hospitality beyond expectations We had a lovely stay at Lavender Mansion Hotel in Cameron Highlands. The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely caring from the moment we arrived. We checked in quite late and were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite — such a thoughtful gesture after a long journey. We were leaving very early the next morning, before the official breakfast time of 8am, and simply asked if it would be possible to have some toast. To our amazement, the staff went above and beyond by preparing an early breakfast buffet just for us so we could eat properly before departing. This level of service is rare and truly heartfelt. It made our short stay feel very special. Thank you to the wonderful team at Lavender Mansion for your kindness and generosity — we will definitely remember this experience and highly recommend your hotel.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. The place itself is comfortable and well-maintained, and I really appreciate how clean and tidy everything was. I’d like to give special thanks to the night guard on duty on 30/10/2025 for keeping my room key that I accidentally dropped in the parking area — really appreciate his honesty and kindness. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Cons: The car park feels too open and exposed. There’s no proper safety or security measures in place, and it’s located quite far from the main area. It’s also very public, which makes it uncomfortable and less secure, especially at night.
