Pros: its actually a self service check-in & check out system. its so easy to check-in with machine . no receptionist

Cons: not every room have windows and please take note theres no lift .

Pleasant stay, could focus on cleanliness

Pros: It was a pleasant 2 night stay and wouldn’t regret of booking Kavy Boutique Hotel as our accommodation. High ended hotel with a budget friendly price suitable for bunch of people to stay over. However, they could focus more in terms of cleanliness. Hairs found on bed and floor and not sure if they have sweep it before letting the guest to check in. Overall will rate 8/10.

Pros: I like the management who is responsobile when i booked for this time ,i mentioned that my previous booked for this hotel was a lil bit bad experience due on cleaness ,so i ask for a clean room ,then management give me upgrade room for free with a clean room and spacious ,so far everyhting are perfect expect 1 things

Cons: Tue problem only 1 when i booked for 3d 2n but i ask for the housekeeping on the 2nd day and reception told me that they are no reception on duties for that day ,thats only litle tiny things need to be fixed

Pros: Place is strategic. Easy parking, near CentruM. Easy check in and check out.

Cons: Water heater is a bit weak

overall we loved staying there.

Pros: the facilities are giving vibes to me. such a new and good things to explore. will come back soon.

Pros: The room is pretty clean and also there is sajdah there . Water heater work and that important🤣 no complaint

Pros: Room very suitble for family that have more kids. 2 queen bed and seprate by door. Not so big but its ok. Hotel near to many attraction. Its a comfy room.

Cons: A bit noisy. Hotel in front of road. No lift. 🤣 Look Old but still ok 😂 Need pay damage depo for RM100 but get refund 1-2days working hour after check out. 😅

Pros: Easy access, strategic location, nearby centrum and halal food restaurants. Very helpful staff, thumbs up to Ms Lin 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Room comfortable enough 👍🏻

Cons: Room floor a bit dusty need to mop a bit. Water pressure a bit slow but still good
