Spacious room

Pros: The location and the room spacious. This is the old star regency hotel..the facilities provided is ok, however due to old building there is something need to be fixed and clean (such as painting leftover and stained). Other than that, the hotel recommended for family and group too...

Exceptional

Pros: Exceptional service provided by the front office staffs. They were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is a bang for the buck deal. Located very strategically in the middle. The house was clean and spacious and with a proper balcony. Comfortable sofa. Will definitely be back.

Cons: The toilet floor was painted and it covered the lines in which the water should flow on. That caused water not being flown to the drainage properly.

Fun

Pros: This property is easy to find, calm and really close to attraction areas.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality—especially by Ms. Yamunah, whose friendly demeanor and attentive service made my stay all the more memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and smooth, and her professionalism deserves special mention. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Centrum Mall and the vibrant night market, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring local attractions. The unit itself was impressively spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, offering a cozy retreat after a day out in Brinchang. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. Will definitely return!

Pros: Definitely meet my expectation! Warm welcome by host, basic facilities were well provided - from clean amenities to good Wi-Fi and easy access to the car park. Love the room as quite spacious and cosy. The location is super convenient as Centrum Mall just a 4 minutes walk and have many eatery options around.

Pros: The room is cozy and spacious with the views of the highlands. Very affordable for the price paid. Helpful staff assisting for easy check in & check out. Location is strategic, very close to the centrum mall, night market and sight seeing place.

Pros: The room is very spacious and could accommodate my whole family. The internet is very speedy and the water heater is functioning well. The price is quite affordable for the room. The location is strategic, located in the heart of Cameron Highlands you could easily find shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons: It's just the vehicle sounds coming from the main road but overall it didn't affect our sleep though.
