Pros: The location is nice. Breakfast so-so. After refurbishment, the interior much more better, lot of improvement. The restaurant vibe is nice.

Cons: Breakfast is less tasty. Like lack of salt. Housekeeping is late, slipper not ready. Towel not prepare.

Good place for a short relaxing break

Pros: The location is just right for me and most importantly it is quiet and not crowded.

Cons: The towels didn't dry when hung in the bath room. I guess it was due to the high humidity of the mountain. Either need a dryer or change towel every day.

Overall a quiet relaxed stay with an amazing climate

Pros: The breakfast in the morning, quite atmosphere and the cool climate.

Cons: General maintenance of the bathroom was not done, there was no view even though mentioned as garden view.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Garden Shahzan Fraser’s Hill. The entire hotel feels fresh and welcoming — all the rooms look new after the refurbishment that was officiated by the Sultan of Pahang in November 2024. Our room was clean, comfortable, and pleasantly modern while still keeping the calm, classic Fraser’s Hill charm. Parking was never an issue. There are ample parking spaces both in front and at the back of the hotel, which made our check‑in and daily outings very convenient. The location is excellent — everything is within walking distance. The town center, the iconic Fraser’s Hill Clock Tower, Bird Interpretive Centre, Restoran Cattyel, the mosque, police station, Klinik Kesihatan, Pasar Malam stalls, and the Food Garden (food court) are all just a short stroll away. It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a refreshed hotel experience in Fraser’s Hill.

Cons: We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights but we didn't get any discounted rate for rooms or complementary breakfast vouchers.

Pros: Lovee Sammy the receptionists. Im a regular customer. So it has always been an amazing hotel alhamdulillah.

Cons: Maybe can improve on the breakfast quality. The food that is pleasing is meehoon soup among all the dishes.
