Pros: I had low expectations for a small hotel such as this. However, they've exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the premises ought to be a standard for other small hotels

Above expectation for a budget hotel

Pros: The room is very clean. The mattress is well maintain and clean. Towel is exceptional clean for a budget hotel. The aircondition is functioning very well. The staff reminded us on the parking coupon during week days as the hotel does not provide free parking. Simple and good breakfast

Cons: Surrounding building is not condusive.
