Perfect hotel with anything you need in the heart of Penang

Pros: Can not fault this hotel at all - perfect location, able to walk to everything easily! Staff and service were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble! 10/10 stay and would stay again if in Penang. Great value for money, very comfortable rooms.

Cons: There wasn’t really anything to dislike about this hotel.

Pros: 1. Hotel location, near to almost all Georgetown attractions. everywhere is walking distance. 2. I got deal for my booking, but even without any deals the hotel with the strategic location, room comfortability and very helpful staff. I’d say it’s worth it!

Pros: Spacious room size. Very nice sea view from our room. Parking space provided. Good location.

Cons: The rooms is outdated but still okay. The iron provided in our room was ancient! Housekeepers didn't vacum our room during housekeeping, they only made the bed, took out the trash n clean bathrooms.

highly recommend, great standards and great value for money

Pros: Although the hotel is a little dated, it was immaculate through out. The staff were excellent throughout the stay and really helpful when me and my friend needed assistance. I didn't eat at the hotel but the standards were superb and the bar at the top of the hotel gives great views. Also, you were right on the edge of the cultural quarter

Cons: The pool does not get much sunshine, however to accept for this, they have created another terrace where you can get the sun all day that is a 20 second walk from the pool. possibly an opportunity to provide food and drink by the pool

Enjoyable, but expected a bit more of a luxurious room.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful, including the reception staff, the guys at the door, the room cleaners, all of them. The lobby was nice and it was walking distance to the old British colonial area, Chulia Street, Love Street and all that. And there was a great food and beer hall, with entertainment later on, about two minutes walk away. The view of the city was ok too.

Cons: The room is dated and in need renovation. This made the price a bit too expensive for what it's was.

A very relaxed stay in close proximity to the main attractions

Pros: 1) The room was super spacious with all the necessary accessories provided 2) Excellent location 3) Staff was very helpful

Cons: 1) We found interior design of the hotel lobby/lifts/rooms to be a bit old school and not up to date/advanced 2) The breakfast was not included in the room price and wasn't a good value for money (RM 44 per person per day was a bit too expensive compared to all nearby options)
