Good location, counter staff very welcoming and helpful

Pros: Staff at check in counter very welcoming and helpful. Good location. Clean and tidy.

Cons: Nothing much really. Perhaps the rooms can be a bit bigger?

A calm and well-appointed refuge in busy George Town

Pros: Clean, spacious room and refillable drinking water jugs - every floor has refill stations and I love the way they are reducing plastic bottle use by doing this. The swimming pool is open 24 hours (also the gym) and it was great to cool off with a dip after dinner. Breakfast is behind the main building at the excellent bakery and offered three good options that change daily. The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful and it’s an easy 10 minute walk into the centre. I was happy to be slightly outside the busy streets but within easy reach of all of the sights and restaurants and able to walk everywhere I wanted to go.

Grat city break option

Pros: Great location, modern and clean facilities, young vibes. It has a laundry room, which is great for those who are travelling for a while. It's perfect for a citi break.

Cons: Nothing. To be perfect, it would need a cold-water dispenser.

Pros: Room was comfy and clean. Especially appreciate the 3M water filter at the little pantry outside the room, which was super convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Stain mark, likely of a palm, on the ceiling

It was comfortable and well equipped.

Pros: The location was great. Easy to walk to different places. The staff were very nice and helpful in fixing the television when it couldn’t work. Very polite in answering questions and gave good suggestions. Had good wifi too.

Great location- easy to get around from

Pros: Location was great- made it easy to get around the town. Close to the blue mansion. Also had laundry facilities in the property that was convenient to use.

Cons: It kinda felt more like a hostel than hotel, and the fire alarm went off a few times from people using toasters.
