So far is ok for couple to stay here and for short business trips. There are underground parking spaces available

The old Tune Hotel that made it on its own

Pros: Location is right in the middle of Loken Vintage area, so understandably Sundays is going to be packed, but after that, its so much value for money

Cons: I just wished they could make the rooms more updated. I know it was the old Tune Hotel back then

Good but need improvement.

Pros: Very strategically located. Free buffet breakfast. Ample of basement carpark. Ironing and hair drying facilities. Helpful housekeeping staff. 24 hours access to the hotel.

Cons: FO staffs messed up the check-in, had to go up and down for access card issue. Rooms were not clean. Chipped off drinking glass. Phone beside the bathroom entrance, which was a hassle. Air conditioning can't be controlled by the remote. No water dispensary on the room floor, need to go down to lobby to get water.

A feel good stay

Pros: You get a good feeling the moment when you walk into the hotel. The facilities are good. Not much packing space though (no wardrobe). But the room service is excellent. At first our water from the basin drained slowly and without any hesitation they fixed it in a blink of an eye. We requested extra pillows which were delivered to our door immediately on our request. Breakfast is good. Coffee, water and toiletries are supplied. Bedding and towels are clean. Beds are comfortable. Location is a short walk from the old town.

Cons: For a longer stay, we would like more packing space.

Good choice for a budget stay in Ipoh.

Pros: It is a well located, clean and comfortable hotel. Good buffet breakfast, helpful staff, the hotel is a short walk from the old town. We had a standard double room, which was very clean, with a comfortable bed, kettle and iron, also great city views.

Cons: Nothing, it was all good.
