Excellent

Pros: Loved the senior gentleman at the reception. He knew the names of everyone arriving by heart and ensured the check in and check out was very smooth.

Cons: They should have one dim light. Or arrange the switches of the existing overhead light accordingly.

Pros: I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, one night mid-February 2026. The room was nice and the staff very friendly. One needs to deposit 50 MYR (cash) when checking in, just in case, which you should get back when leaving. The hotel is nicely located and I would recommend the Starry Night Ipoh Restaurant should you be in the area.

Cons: Nothing really. Based on what I read and expectations I had, the hotel was as expected.
