Ideal location and value for money

Pros: The hotel is located at a very convenient location to explore ipoh and of course the sunway lost world park. Very nice and clean facility, super helpful staff; specially the front desk team. Loved the room, and room service was on point like clockwork. Decent breakfast buffet and free access to the night park if you stay at the hotel is an amazinh deal. All together this was a very pleasant experience and our family loved it.

Cons: Nothing to complain.

Pros: It’s near the Lost World of Tambun. We just need to cross the road to get there.

Cons: I hope they provide more variety for breakfast, such as fried rice or fried mee hoon.

Pros: - inclusive of night park tickets - managed to get free upgrade - complimentary sunway drinks and popcorns

Cons: - shower water pressure not that strong - room appears “empty”, probably can add more decos to liven up the rooms - need to walk very very far if room is at the end of the building. Need to consider moving lobby to the centre - also, breakfast also need to walk far. Not suitable for elderly. Please consider providing free shuttles for hotel guests

Water heater and water volume improvement

Pros: On the first day, the room water heater not working, and the water volume are slow. Feedback to front desk and they really take it seriously and arranged for room exchange. Appreciate for the arrangement.

Cons: Everything are good..just the days.. night weather keep raining.. yet able to fully enjoy the night park

Cons: The wifi connection was a bit bad as it disrupted my work, but somehow still okay, manageable.

This was a truly memorable experience for us. Everything was perfect!

Pros: I love the food, the environment, and especially the helpful and friendly staff. We had to change our date due to unexpected circumstances, and the team handled it so smoothly. Their service was superb from start to finish. We also enjoyed Sunway Theme Park so much, and the complimentary night park access from the hotel was a lovely bonus. We absolutely loved it! Thank you for making our stay unforgettable. 💛
