Pros: The first assigned room was unacceptable - live cockroaches on the floor, visible hair clusters, and stained surfaces. The furniture was badly worn (peeling wallpaper/broken fixtures). Thankfully, reception responded promptly and moved us to a clean, well-maintained room. While the resolution was good, this standard shouldn't have passed housekeeping checks.
