Unforgettable stay with my best friend

Pros: Location very near to lost world tambun, 2 minutes driving. Room was ok. Comfy bed, restaurant next to hotel.

Cons: Noisy Aircond, luckily me and my friend really tired and didn't even disturb by the sound. First night we had nightmare when the plug exploded and caused electricity trips. Thanks to technician manage the problem less than 15 minutes.

Pros: The night reception woman is so polite and helpful. Forgot to ask her name. The towel also being handed in the bag when check in and have to returned the bag when check out. I love this approach as i think this is one way they ensure their towel cleanliness. In the morning i went downstair restaurant to breakfast. Lot of choice for breakfast. Also got hispter cafe downstair and cakehouse. The location just about 2 minutes from lost world of tambun.me and my kids have great stay here after had fun in tambun lost world whole day.

Pros: Staff friendly. Environment nice. Got cafe downstairs that opened until 2am. Overall okey for the price.

Clean, comfortable but need to improve customer service

Pros: Overall ok with the cleanliness, though the bed sheet is a bit yellowish but to me acceptable based on the price paid. The only thing need to be improved is the prof level of front desk, overcharge me rm6, as compared with booking .com price. Though small money, but shud response to query in prof way instead of simply ignore me.

Cons: Rm6 overcherge. Small money but not sure why, no explaination is given. The property did not response to my query. Booking.com customer service also did not provide any feedback after collecting info.

Pros: Each to check in and staff good to show how to use check in machine.

Cons: My room smells smoke when check in. Hope they get rid of smell before guest check in.

Pros: Staf yg sangat friendly, walaupun saya tanya soalan bodoh, lif ada tak? Tetap.senyum. Saya lupa nak confirm kn jadi stay, pihak hotel call Tanya sblm cancel kn booking.alhamdulillah, klu tak, tak tahulah malam tu sampai nak tidur mana.setakat nak tidur ,selesa sangat dah.maaf saya bukan jenis yang minat ambik gambar.so, x de gmbr room yg kami stay.TQ sun inn #cutisekolah #thelostworldoftambun
