Pros: The process was straightforward and easy. All the instruction were provided on booking.com chat and also sent via WhatsApp once the number was shared with the owner/property manager

Cons: its no a big issue, but since there was no fan in the room, and with no airconditioning the bedroom was a bit hot during the night
