Stay was good. They have EV charging.

Pros: Location good. Security was very helpful when we checked in on first day

Pros: Centre of city, friendly staffs and clean environment. Fast check in and very informative staffs. Very nice in house restaurant with good breakfast.

Although it's getting aged now but I'm still able to get my well needed rest here.

Pros: I always enjoy the breakfast. Your Chef has good taste buds, the Nasi Lemak taste like how authentic Nasi Lemak should taste like. Tasty and aromatic. Local BF choices of 2nd and 3rd choice is available, so no complaint is needed. Ample amount of food, cozy environment. A good way to start the day.

Cons: Although one thing I must say, the staff at the cafeteria should show more professional. Staff shouldn't be too chatty, laughing, joking and banging cutleries, drinking glasses and plates. It's a respectful Hotel Cafe/Dining area. Compliments to the Front Desk Staff, they do know how to present themselves respectively.

Pros: Comfortable, easy to find local food. The receptionist Mr. Yeoh very polite and helpful.. very experienced worker.. the others should learn from him how to handle concierge or front desk wisely and smile

Pros: Unexpected stay, the hotel was great. Spacious room. Bathroom with bathtub, breakfast available. Location also good near to ipoh parade. Easy parking too.
