Good value, modern, functional

Pros: Friendly service, if slightly clinical (it’s a big hotel). Good central location, with large shopping mall just across the road (but which didn’t open until 10.00am, so breakfast had to be in hotel). A/C generally good (weather was very hot), but for some reason worked less well late at night.

Cons: See remarks re air-con. Smart and modern but Little local colour nearby - have to get a taxi to more bustling/old fashioned districts.

A very happy customer.

Pros: The staff both at the reception and the wait staff during the morning breakfast, are remarkable. The hospitality is so humble and pleasant. Our special thanks to Jajgeeth, Rebecca and Kai Jun. All the staff at the front greeted every single time. The security men at the the entrance were polite and helpful. Overall, loved every bit of our stay.

Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay with good service and a convenient location.

Pros: I liked the modern and clean design of the hotel, which gives a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were well-maintained and spacious enough for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. The location is also convenient, with easy access to Ipoh town and nearby eateries.

Cons: The air conditioning unit had a noticeable sound at times, but it did not significantly impact my overall stay.

A fantastic hotel in a great location with friendly staff that made our trip a memorable one.

Pros: The hotel was spacious and clean. Swimming pool had amazing views of the mountains and was relaxing and quiet. The staff were super friendly and breakfast was terrific.

Cons: Would have been nice to have a roof top bar so you can look over the mountains. A more extensive cocktail menu would be good.
