Pros: Good room for my family 2+1. Very comfortable for family and group.

Cons: Only thing happened pool not cleaned and strong chemical smell also affects to my son body skin. Next time please be careful this thing.

Simply marvellous.

Pros: To be honest, if you fancy new furniture in hotel, this place is not for you. However, if you value tranquility, peace of mind, waking up to fresh air, with the sound of birds chirping, greenery, strolling around the hotel garden or even nearest Kulim's Park after meals, have your kids running around in the garden instead of being stuck into the gadgets, then this is the ONE and ONLY place in Kulim to check in. Room is spacious, view is gorgeous !!! Best of all FRESH AIR! and it is FOC.

Cons: Cleaner should spend bit more effort in cleaning especially the bathroom. Spray some bleach into the corner of bathroom, leave it there for while and scrub it gently. It's is such a nice hotel, just being extra clean in this area will bring up the value. Of course, for those who don't fancy brand new furniture when checking in :) .... or you may bring your own furniture ... :p

Pros: Avery things is good except the shower at the bathroom is so slow.. the tab water should be improved because avery time I in kulim or sg petani my 1st choice is sri Malaysia so hopefully the management can do something for the next time...servers better for the guests... TQ
