Pros: Good environment and location. Reasonable price. Staff are very good.

Cons: Just to improve small thing but will make good impact. For example broken door guard buckle lock whick price for rm5.00. Shower hold which price RM2.00 can make Yr hotel look premium 😅. Small thing can make Yr guest happy. Tq

Pros: Location between Bukit Mertajam and Kulim Town. Also less than an hour to Penang via Lunas highway.

Cons: No electric kettle to boil water inside room. Need to go downstair for water at the water dispenser. Difficult to make coffee in room.
