it was nice experience staying there. the ambient was good and highly recommend for family stay..:)

Pros: Overall it is a satisfactory stay. The room is comfy, staff are attentive and the food at the Chinese restaurant is tasty. The only drawback is the ventilation, at the corridors and lift, smoke smells and odours at these areas.

Pros: Nice hotel, the room was a good size strange door doesn't shut very easily but instead of that being fixed there is an alarm on the door if it isn't completely closed

Pros: The staff were very helpful & quick to respond to requests.

Cons: It would be good if cars could come to the entrance. At present, the cars have to stop a short distance away & guests have to walk to the entrance. With luggage etc, we have to ask someone to open the barrier.

Good value for money

Pros: Very good among hotels nearby. Very good value for the money. I was used to the bride & groom preparation for the wedding ceremony, very suitable and conducive. Feeling proud of having this hotel nearby.

Cons: A media provider is not enough cause we want to have an astro channel but unfortunately cannot use only fixed movies and in chinese wording, it is a little hard to understand but it's okay to improve more.
