Nice hotel to stay with family

Pros: The hotel near my kampung has shops downstairs, including KFC, Family Mart, and CU Mart. I stayed there during Ramadan and the fasting month until the second day of Raya. Sahur started at 5 AM, but the staff kept preparing other dishes, so I had to wait. During Raya, they served lemang, rendang, and kuah kacang, which were delicious. The staff were very friendly. I asked them to contact me if a room became available to extend my stay or if someone canceled their booking last minute. The receptionist called my room and offered me an available room to extend my stay. The room was clean and convenient for my kids.

Cons: I wish the hotel provided individual irons in each room instead of having to iron outside and wait in line.

Exceptional stay experience

Pros: The staffs were friendly and location wise is great with Family mart, KFC, & CU mart available downstairs.

Cons: Nothing in particular, maybe the facilities are quite old, that is all. Apart from that, all is well.

Good Stay, Clean and Accessible Comfort for Short 1 Week Stay

Pros: The place located near to convenient store such as Family Mart and CU. Have KFC nearby for easy access to food. Around the place have good food (lunch and dinner) needs. Also, parking space enough at the basement and outside.

Cons: The bed in room quite rough and possible get back ache and the pillow is too soft for heavy sleeper. Also the table provided did not have enough space for working but acceptable for not long stay of work.

Nice stay for the weekend

Pros: 1. There's Family Mart downstairs. 2. Room is clean, nice and comfy. 3. Its in the center of the town.

Cons: 1. a bit pricey especially on peak season.

Great Place and Great Staff

Pros: Hakimi was the best staff ever! Room was comfortable and clean. Great location. Parking is the best!

Cons: Bathroom was very dirty with feces stains in toilet bowl. Tissue was used and was not renewed. Water pressure was very low. Bidet had very low pressure.

Pros: The location of the hotel is easy to access. The room is very clean and tidy.

Cons: The cafe at the rooftop needs to be improvised especially in terms of wind/rain shield to avoid the cafe become too wet.

Pros: Everything was prefect. I really enjoy staying at this hotel. I will repeat again when I come to my hometown

Pros: The room is spacious. Staffs are friendly. Location is very near to the centre. Family mart and Cu just beside the hotel. Free parking available.

Cons: The curtain is not light insulated. So it get very bright in the morning. The parking space opp the hotel have no light so feel pretty dangerous to park at night but there is still parking beside the hotel. (But only few slot)

Pros: Cafe and the pool and the location is very strategic.

Its a brand new hotel,its really good

Pros: This is a brand new hotel,as far as I know.Its really good,the staff is polite,the smell of the room and lif when u entered is good.I like the pool,its good,although it was on theroof top,it has a place where u can order food and eat while enjoying.

Cons: 1.Car park a little difficult,a narrow entrance which lead to back and forth in the same way could end up accident,need to improvised, 2.The pool have a lot of chlorine,u can smell even swallowed it by accident. Be extreme careful when swim.Do wear goggles.
