Pros: Clean, easy check in, convenient location, good value for money.

Cons: Despite having an extractor fan, the room felt really musty, so we had trouble sleeping.

Great Hotel

Pros: ✅The hotel area very strategic. Eateries and other shops are all nearby. ✅The shower water pressure is strong and the water heater works well. ✅There are 3 power plugs. 🥰 ✅Parking is okay — you can drive around to find a spot. ✅Great hotel. Definitely will book again in the future, InshaAllah.

Cons: ✅The toilet was a bit dirty on the walls. Sorry, I’m a bit OCD — It was an eyesore 😂😂 ✅The blanket seemed unwashed because my face became swollen and itchy — maybe I was allergic to it. Slept with my face covered because it was cold in Cameron. ✅Not suitable for elderly guests as they need to climb rather steep stairs ✅Overall, everything is still acceptable.

Pros: Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Customer service was excellent, fast and friendly – very helpful from the hotel search to the check-in and check-out process. It was a pleasant experience and I would definitely come again. Just a small note, the hotel only provides basic toiletries (soap, shampoo and towels), so guests may need to bring their own toothbrush and other amenities.

Cons: Nope. I have no complaints to share.

Pros: The room was clean, check in and check out easy. Iron provided at hallway. But someone burn it. Host need to check and clean it.

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. All the necessary things were provided for our stay. The staff response to messages in the booking app was very swift and adequate. The woman at the reception was very kind and nice. Very good value for money!

Cons: Keep in mind that the hotel is located on a street with many restaurants, shops and busy traffic, so up to midnight it may be a little bit noisy.

Cons: The stairs. the fact that i have to carry my bike to first floor. However the staff was so kind to help us bring our bicycle up.
