Cons: It is okay

Very good stay, spacious and value for money.

Pros: Room is nice. Pool is good. Playground is good. Staff is good.

Cons: Room is not make up on 2nd day. Anyhow request them to replace the towel and replenish the amenities. Sink is clogged.

Great place to stay for families and couples if peace is what you like

Pros: Remote, quiet location. Very friendly staff. Close to the beach. Not crowded place - I have enoyed a lot. Restaurant in nearby Hilton has good menue at fair price - I recommend if you do not cook yourself

Cons: Olace is remote and it is difficult to call taxi/grab or you need to pay premium to visit Lumt city. As you have your own kitchen - it is better to bring your food to cook with you, then go many miles for shopping.

Cool family getaway

Pros: Villa is clean with comfortable beds Stove and microwave availability helps alot TV with lots of channels to watch

Cons: Slide at the pool is not functioning I was told it had been over 2years Water pressure at the villa is not stable ie low and suddenly high vice versa Hot water at the bathroom always unavailable Had to report several times

Best for families and maybe next time can plan a family day with pur big group

Cons: the insect, namely fly in big number in the apartment,lucky the management prepared few fly trap.

Pros: The place is cozy, clean and tidy place. I like the pillows and bed that make us sleep well. 😇

Cons: Need to ready a table cloth for kitchen use, check the dining chair often avoid the unnecessary falls. Flies in the house and rooms 😕

They truly added to the pleasant atmosphere during my stay. In particular, I wish to express my heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Zeyni, or zeini or zaini. Apologies due forgot ready his name. Whom I believe is part of the gardening or maintenance team. While driving a van, he immediately stopped and came to assist me when I accidentally slipped on the stairs leading up to the reception area. Although it was only a minor slip and I was not injured, his quick reaction, professionalism, and willingness to help were truly commendable. Staff like Mr. Zaini reflects the high standards of service that make Swiss-Garden outstanding. I sincerely hope he will be recognized or considered for a higher position, as he truly deserves appreciation.

The uneven and damaged tarmac surface reflects poorly on the overall image of both esteemed establishments. It is important to note that Swiss-Garden and DoubleTree by Hilton share the same access route. Therefore, I strongly urge both management teams to take immediate corrective measures to ensure that the road is repaired and properly maintained.
