Splendid stay. Best resort in Pangkor

Pros: Room was upgraded and comfortable. Only thing missing was the carpet. Previously had carpet in room. Would be better if had the carpet.

Cons: Been staying in coral Bay resort since 2010 for all our trips. However the breakfast menu does not seem to improve. Not many varieties. Since the room price has increased we hoped the breakfast menu would have been upgraded. However menu still the same. Food quality not up to par. Would be better if the breakfast menu would be improved in future.

FUN AND EXCITING..!!!

Pros: Has big pool with kids friendly. Package is included 2 pax of breakfast it can save costs for you. Has motorcycle parking on front of the hotel. Very close to other places like convenience store, restaurant and sea. Overall all is excellent..!!

Cons: At other buildings of the hotel, there is built in air conditioning in the room but unable to adjust the temperature. Airflow is low and not fully covered for whole rooms.

Pros: Strategic location, near supermarket & duty free shops. Walking distance to Pasir Bogak. East to get van taxi, alot of eateries nearby halal & non halal.

Pros: The upgrade room was really good and comfortable. The manager gave us the best price. Excellent location. This is our 11th vacation in pangkor and happily we can tell that 11 times we book Coral bay. This hotel is always our choice .

Room door unlocked after housekeeping

Pros: Room door was left unlocked/not close after 2nd day house keeping work. Staff needs to be more attentive especially on this matter.

Pros: Staff, service for transportation rent, near taxi station..

Cons: Swimming pool water not really clean (berkeladak), Need regular cleaning since always pack with people. High risk of virus & disease to spread. No control of people smoking around swimming pool. Need bigger signage or strict control for non smoking area because not many people have good common sense.
