Pros: Clean and comfortable! Staff friendly and helpful too.

Cons: The walls are thin so surrounding noises can be disturbing.

Chalet door

Pros: Worth the price 1. Location is near to teluk nipah beach, around 5-8 min walk..and even during night, there's light everywhere so its not scary even when we walk alone..also easy to access food, shop, stall and watersport activity 2. breakfast is nice. Nasi lemak + roti canai + mee / kuey teow goreng + cereal + salad + toast bread + dessert(kek batik and bread pudding) + coffee + tea and drinks. Breakfast Time 8 am to 10 am. 3. Chalet condition is good. All function properly. Tv can access YouTube, Netflix.. it's better if you have Netflix, since I don't have it, I just watch movies on YouTube. Got a mini fridge, can store food/drinks. The toilet is nice, really satisfied with the water pressure. 4. The pool can access 7 am to 10 pm 5. If you rent a motorcycle, you can park in front of the chalet

Cons: The chalet main door has a bit of a gap, making it possible for animal/pest to come in

Cons: Breakfast buffet can be better in terms of variety. I need to keep asking for clean utensils, plates, and bowls as they provide very little.

Pros: All is good! We would recommended Sharin the customer service was so good and he really been polite, friendly and helpful! Especially we been there in a season of rain, flooded also landslide!

Pros: I love the room very suitable for family with kids Yes jauh sket dr pantai, but it is walkable . Only 300m from the pantai. They allow early check in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bilik sgt bersih Nice. Worth the money

Pros: Room is so clean and comfort, staff is friendly and the pool is clean and big for both kids and adult. Value for money. Recommended. I will definitely come again next time.

Cons: No breakfast provided, not a big issue because i can walk to teluk nipah shop area buy some nasi lemak.

Pros: Because the place was newly renovated, it felt very clean and comfortable throughout my stay.

Cons: - Need to ask for hairdryer at the counter. - The hotel’s Netflix account was on hold (pending payment), and I ended up having to use my own personal account. It would be better if this was maintained for guests’ convenience.

Fabulous find and such a bargain too.

Pros: The apartment is compact but very neat and clean. Bed was super comfortable and pillows nice and new and bouncy. Pool was an unexpected gem..was great to go in after a hot day on the island! If you are looking for a nice central place to stay for a really reasonable price then please don't hesitate. There really is nothing negative to say about Alva Boutique.

Cons: There isn't anything that we didn't like it was all great.
