Pros: Perfect home for 10 of us! Very clean and organised. Will definitely visit again for my next trip! Very convenient, easy access to foods, mall.

Pros: Very nice n comfortable place just like home. Setting as per pictures. 2 queen size beds n 3 single beds for 4 of us is just too comfortable. Water filter for direct drinking water is a plus point for us. The power extension cord beside the queen bed is another plus point for recharging phones, smart watches n ear buds. The unblock view of the park n sea view is really lovely. Do wake up early to catch the sun rise. Walking distance to many eateries n Gurney Plaza / Paragon shopping mall. A lot of good food around n simply spoil for choice. Best part is the host Christy n Philip who is very friendly n professional. Able to respond fast n provide good advice. Thank you guys. Highly recommended. Do book early to avoid disappointment.

Pros: The property is located nearby to the shopping malls, eatery places, places of interest and facing the beach front on a considerable high level. It has more than enough beds and mattresses to sleep on for a large group of people say 10. The facilities are well equipped with appliances and accessories. Both the hosts Christy and Phillip were responsible, responsive and accommodative to provide clear check in and out details, early check in, home stay rules as well as directions to the property and highlight areas around it.

Cons: We could hear noises from outside of the property along the corridor when people are talking and children running. But it didn’t really bother us too much as it’s momentarily. Perhaps it’ll be great if there’s a water container to store boiled water for cooling down.

Pros: Very nice and comfortable to stay. Feel like at home. Will definitely book again when coming back to penang. The management is very even we add another 1 person last minute they able to prepare place for sleep. The bathroom smells good. It is seaview apartment and windy. There is also a washing machine and dryer, which makes it easy for us to do laundry as we have 3 kids here. Thank you, Mr. Philip and Ms. Christy.

Pros: The Location : Great, nearby everywhere. The Houz : Just like in the pictures, the room neat & tidy. They provide everything that we need. All perfect. The Owner : Super friendly & fast reply. Christy & Philip provide me wt full info that we need.

Amazing sunrise seaview and

Pros: Sparkling clean, sunrise sea view, spacious with kitchen and dining. Location is good, short grab away to Gurney Plaza and Georgetown. Can stroll at Gurney seaside park at night.

Cons: Position of shower at downstair toilet not ideal, blocked by basin. Hair dryer not of good quality, strong enough for hair styling. Should have facial tissue provided.

This Homestay created a Happy Memories for my family gathering.

Pros: Great & Friendly Host, super comfortable place, you feel so relax,clean and feel like at home almost prefer stay in whole day. Nice view and excellent location. Would wish to stay there back❤️

Cons: 1. The locker system to store our luggages after checking out. There are three sizes: small, medium and large. The large one ( RM 40 for 12 hours) could take in two hand luggage. And so we thought we could take a medium locker to store the third luggage but it was too small and as result, wasted RM 20. A clearer signage to guide us would be helpful. 2. One of our two large lockers were stuck (unable to open). The security personnel came quickly to resolve the issue.
