Responsive host, lovely apartment, easy access, great location. Would book again.

Pros: Very interesting location in a residential area in a high-rise building, aprtament smaller than in the photo, but clean, well equipped, very easy to pick up keys at any time, plenty of restaurants downstairs, bars, also serving breakfast, a few steps to the sea and a walk by the city beach. Comfortable stay, super view in the morning and a pool on the 5th floor (gym was lurking closed).

Cons: Tiny bathroom, could use a little more thorough cleaning - not everything is due to age and wear and tear on the appliances.

Pros: The sea view is stunning and the sunrise so beautiful a lot restaurant within walking distance the host is very responsive and easy check in and out It is comfy and calming Definitely will repeat

Lovely unit for family stay in Penang!

Pros: The unit was well maintained and clean. Owner puts in efforts to make the place cozy and comfortable. The air-cond was cooling and there are fans provided too! I was there with my family to attend a wedding, the unit is just right for the 5 of us. Great view both from the living room as well as from the bedroom upstairs where you wake up with the view of the sea. This unit is equipped with all necessary items to make your stay comfortable and hassle free. Highly recommended as it has a great location, away from the city center, fantastic view and Starbucks, Family Mart, etc within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again ❤

Cons: The lift needs maintenance. I think there are 4 lifts, but they are not functioning well. Hence, the waiting time is long and if you are unlucky, it will not go to Basement. Hence, best to unload at lobby level and park outside.
