Excellent stay host was very communicative and everything was good

Pros: Location and price, Good for no frills accommodation, Building is old but the unit is very modern with box TV and aircon in all rooms, Spacious apartment with bonus bathtub, Good if you are on the go type and need only a place to rest and sleep, as there is no other facilities

Cons: Nothing all good as described

Pros: Don’t be fooled by the outside – the interior is stunning and cozy! I had an amazing stay at this property! The place was spotless, exactly like the photos, and in a perfect location – close to restaurants and tourist spots. The host was super friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Would definitely come back again!

Cons: Just a small note: parking area didn’t feel very secure at times because theres no security. But thankfully, nothing happened and we still had a great experience. Would still recommend and consider coming back!

Pros: The property has all the things we need. Washing machine, kitchen utensils, spacious 3 bedrooms, bodywash is also smell really good, and even icecubes. Though the outside look of the property seems old, but the inside is fine.

Cons: Not that I don't like but the ceiling fan in the living room is not adjustable and so the air conditioner. The last day we were there, the tv is showing sign to be broken soon. But overall is not bad

Pros: Beneath the old and faded facade, lies a gem in the city centre. This unit is valued for its location, comfort and coziness.

A cozy stay.

Pros: The unit is very spacious and well-maintained. It is conveniently located near other attractions and shopping malls. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would happily book this unit again in the future. I am very pleased with my stay.

Cons: It would be greatly appreciated if the apartment management could prioritize the repair of the elevators, as they are an essential amenity for all residents, especially for senior citizens like my parents.

Pros: One of the best units I have stayed in. The host have thought and provided much of everything to make our stay and enjoyable one. The location is central to everything we needed to go to. Easy access to all the roads.

Cons: Nothing pertaining to the unit. The facade, common areas and lift is beyond the host control. Exterior may not look nice but the unit is outstanding. My wife gives 5 out of 5.

Pros: Very happy to have found this place. Well furnished and equipped. Washing machine with detergent provided. Good for long stay. Very thoughtful of the host The place is clean and comfortable, with a convenient carpark. Highly recommended.

Pros: I liked everything about the property. From outside it may look like a low cost apartment, but the house was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The apartment is great, facilities are great. Even though there was a small problem with an appliance, the problem was solved within a few hours. The host is very responsive, all our questions are answered within the hour. Would certainly recommend this homestay, and will certainly come back.
