Great place for a long or short stay in Penang.

Pros: Nice place, comfortable. Great value for a stay with family or friends. Decent amenities. Security guard is very friendly

Very satisfied

Pros: The location is really good being in between Pulau Titus and Gurney Drive. Two of my favourite places. Important for me to walk over to Pulau Tikus market for breakfast. Also bonus to walk to Song River for supper.

Cons: The pillows were too soft. Extra pillows would be good

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff (Foong is an asset) and spacious lodgings

Pros: Excellent location, spacious lodgings with lots of flexibility to fit any family configuration, friendly staff (Foong is a gem as are the housekeepers) who work hard to help you with your requests

Cons: A little dated, couple of things needed maintenance (eg gas tank replacement) but when raised the staff were immediately on it without any issue - so not really an issue.

Great convenient location, super clean and comfortable. Spacious and well appointed.

Pros: We had a two week stay at GurneyVille, it was conveniently located near Gurney Drive and a short walk to Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon shopping malls (less than 10mins). The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, and the washing machine and powder was great for our long stay. There is a friendly door man to the building, and after hours there is a swipe to enter the foyer. Aircon and fan in each of the rooms, and refresh of linen and clean of apartment can be requested every three days. We enjoyed our stay at GurneyVille and would stay again!

Cons: The bed/mattresses are very firm.

Great stay and may come for next trip

Pros: The location is great. Walking distance to Gurney Paragon and Gurney Plaza. The apartment is spacious, room is big and clean. Service is good. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Cons: There are room to improve in kitchen. Stove and utensils are a little bit old undated. One of the second bedroom aircondition is not function well

Well located, large apartment, close to Reclining Buddha and shopping centre. Good parking

Pros: We were slightly delayed in arriving but the staff member waiting for us. The property was large and the beds comfortable. It was easy to park at the property . It was very convenient for the temples and shopping centre and the air conditioning worked well. The staff member was happy to give us a lift to the shopping centre in the torrential rain which was very welcome.

Cons: When we arrived there water pipe burst. We were told to use a neighbouring apartment, along with two other families whilst the repair was going on. Whilst this was done quickly, within 12 hours, it would have caused problems if it had taken any longer. There was nowhere to dry washing.
