Pros: Great Appartement with 3 bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen and spacious living room. Just opposite Paragon Mall and close to Gurney Mall and Pulau Tikus with many Restaurants and Shops. A good deal for the price. Self check in without any Problem.

Pros: It was good value for money and in a prime location. It's very accessible to food and malls.

My family and i are annual guests in this unit.

Pros: Location and size of the unit with three rooms, huge kitchen and tv area, clean, accessible to malls and eateries within walking distance.

Cons: Single set of keys.

Pros: We 7 Seniors love the location very much as we can walk to Pulau Tikus and Gurney Drive for our meals.

Cons: The long bath tub has no handrails nor a bath mat for us Seniors to grib n stand firm on the bath tub as we take our bath. My 80 year old friend nearly slip and fell when she has to step into the bath tub. We advised her to use the common toilet to bathe. So 7 of us ( age ranging from 70 to 81) have to take turns to use the toilet with standing shower! Please replace the dirty mat at this common bath:- it’s an eye sore! Kelawai 99 is an excellent apartment for Families with Senior Parents. So please look into fixing a hand grib for safety!

Pros: Strategic location . Very near to my parents house. So easy for us to travels. Easy to find food. The staff very responsive. I am so happy that they provide baby chair 👍🏽

Happy with stay. Host responded quickly to a power cut that is not relate to the apartment.

Cons: We stayed in 2 different apartments at different times. Furnishing needs better maintenance in 2D, there are wear and tear.

Pros: The house is amazing for a big family of 7-8. Cleanliness is excellent, and the facilities are complete—there’s no need to bring anything. The house is located in front of a mall, making it convenient for food access. We drove two cars; one car could park next to the house for a maximum cost of only RM6 per day. At night, you can visit Gurney Street, which is famous for its food. Check-in and check-out were easy. Highly recommended!
