All good apart from some cleanliness issues

Pros: As we had a car location was good for exploring both downtown GT and places like Penang Hill. Beautiful infinity pool with amazing views over the city. Some nice touches with apartment deco.

Cons: Cleanliness! Very dusty in some areas. Superficially clean - see attached picture. Towel hanging up in kitchen upon arrival smelt disgusting and the sponge on the sink was too dirty to use.

Amazing stay

Good, with very random and unimportant downsides that i think can be overlooked

Pros: Place was clean, owner very helpful, overall very nice

Cons: Have to drive quite a few circles to reach parking, you see a big graveyard in the distance (tbh it wasn’t close but incase anyone minds), and one of the beds were a bit flimsy

Pros: It was amazingly clean and the view was amazing, there were lots of windows so had amazing views all around. The amenities like soap, shampoo and other things were also very well stocked.

Comfort and Stunning Views in a Prime Location

Pros: The stay was excellent, with comfortable beds and all the essentials provided, including a hairdryer, iron, electric kettle, shampoos, towels, and more. Self check-in & checkout was smooth, with clear instructions. The location was highly convenient, with major tourist attractions within a 30-minute drive or less. The nighttime view from level 29 was absolutely breathtaking, and the room we stayed in on level 18 offered a phenomenal view of the fireworks.

Cons: I wasn’t a fan of the deposit policy, where we had to transfer the deposit a day before check-in, and it was only refunded a day after checkout. This is different from most hotels, where you typically pay the deposit during check-in and receive it back upon checkout.

Nice suites for family vacation

Pros: The suites was very nice, clean and big also.. The dealer also easy to deal.. Very satisfied and will repeat stayed for the next family trip at Penang..

Pros: Easy to check in , the apartment quite big , got some extra mattress , clean , comfortable , near the restaurant and got zus coffee cafe at 1st floor , will repeat again for sure , really recommended 100% !!!

Pros: I think it is a very new homestay. The unit I stay in is clean and tidy. Good environment, that's a very convenient location. Feel comfortable to stay. My children like the swimming pool.

Cons: The car park is not direct to the lift lobby, so have to take the staircase. Is not convenient for senior citizens.

I will definitely repeat my stay again when I’m in Penang

Pros: Very comfortable stay, and most importantly our unit was very very clean.
