Beacon Executive Suite at Georgetown for 10pax and 2 BED ROOM

Pros: The stay was absolutely wonderful , nice view, clean & easy to check in check out

Pros: Nice place to stay.. Nice view.. Everything place is ok

Cons: Got problem to person in charge for check in..And the other one,I'm on the spot transfer deposit RM150 before check in but i can't get my deposit within 24hour after checkout like admin said.. The reason is waiting approve..? Hopefully owner can improve this service.

Pros: - good management - the swimming pool is clean - easy check in - owner is responsive - all facilities can be used - very affordable

Cons: it only has one garbage room – at the carpark exit. i found it quite inconvenience since we need to carry the trash using the lift. more convenient to have one garbage room at each floor

Pros: The apartment was spacious and had all the necessary facilities. The rooms were clean and tidy.

Pros: The place is big to accommodate 9pax. The hall is big. The view is nice too. The place is comfortable for everyone.

Cons: The window at the kitchen is too open. Probably can put something to cover else can see thru the house.

Great apartment with lovely rooftop infinity pool.

Pros: Spacious, clean apartment with comfortable beds and with a great view over the whole of Georgetown. Very good wi-fi.

Cons: The Smart TV functions don't work well making it very difficult/ sometimes impossible to watch apps (e.g.Netflix/ news channels). The apartment is located at the back end of Georgetown so it's either a long walk or a taxi, which are very cheap by the way - around 10-15 Ringits.

It was a very successful and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return to the same place again

Pros: - Spacious apartment - Location, great base to explore whole island - views from apartment - Extraordinary swimming pool - Playground for kids - two bathrooms - car parking for drivers is a plus The apartment had a few minor flaws, but they didn’t have a significant impact on our overall experience. Our stay in Penang, as well as the choice of location for accommodation, was very successful. It's a pity it wasn’t for longer.

Cons: - The apartment was visibly worn out and would need refreshing (wallpapers was peeling, some elements like moldings and veneers were detached, the cupboard doors weren't working properly (torn or damaged), the curtains weren’t functioning correctly) - Too many remotes controllers to operate. Some of them were broken or not working (for example, there was no way to turn off the light on the balcony). to complicated and It’s hard to remember what each button does. - The balcony railing seemed unstable and not very safe. - I regret that the stay wasn’t longer.

Pros: Is really feel “Home “ that you stay here . All facilities are worked on and well ❤️

Cons: Security guard not friendly at all , once we check in , he just scolded one of the staff in front of me and my child’s . Only one things that I don’t like is , when you open your master room balcony door , they are so many insects flyers in the room. And I was bite by the inserts .

Pros: The house was so clean & tidy. All the necessary things to use was there. Satisfied with the price & sure will book again here 😀

Very good holiday with my family in this apartment.

Pros: Very spacious n clean. Easy access to n from apartment n carpark n amenities.

Cons: Not enough seats in hall. No teaspoons n small bowls n plates Dinning table too small. Need extra tables for food n games like scrabble/ monopoly ect. Toilets need shower curtains, floor too wet with splashes, need more hooks for hang clothes n shelves for body soap n shampoo.( all have to be on shower room floor!!)
