Great service and value

Pros: Excellent host and services. Great communication with Bernand who always replies promptly with courtesy. They also arranged for our private transportation from and to the airport which was great as we have three elderly and needed more space and better service than grab. The location is quite central and it's easy to take grab for just a few minutes to most tourist sites. Downstairs there are bakery, cafe, and small shops which are handy. A short walk of a few minutes down the road there are a couple of food courts and more cafes, restaurants, and small food marts. The place is clean and the beds are comfy. Having a washer is really helpful.

Cons: There is no wardrobe in the apartment but a few simple clothes racks. Kitchen is rather basic it'd not be enough to cook but since it's easy to eat out it's not a problem for us. The single sofa is sagging.
