Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at this homestay. The place was clean, comfortable, and well kept. The host was friendly and helpful, and communication went smoothly. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. A few small details could be improved, but overall it was a very good experience. I would recommend it to others and give it 4 stars.

A great place in an excellent location.

Pros: Awsome place to stay, the location is excellent. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean with amazing views of the city. There are four double beds and two bathrooms. Plenty of hangers and two drying racks if you need to do any washing. The washing machine seems new. The pool is nice too. There's a bakery, café and shop in the building. Security at the entrance, lift access with card. Good communication with the host via WhatsApp. Clear instructions for self-check in. Easy arrangement for security deposit (in cash), returned on check-out. We were given two sets of keys, which was very convenient. Walking distance to various food courts, the 1st Avenue Mall is a 20-minutes walk away. Short distance to old town with Grab.

Cons: The sofa is very stained and needs a deep clean or a new cover. A few more kitchen utensils would be nice, like a better knife.

Pros: The place is close to the old town usually only ten to 15 minutes of drive. The place is also clean. With two parking spaces for this residence, it is convenient for us as we also have two cars.

Exceptional

Pros: Clean, spacious rooms and comfortable living room. Convenient near city center. Got 2 carpark👍

Cons: Spiral parking and didn't provide drinking water. Rooms, no wardrobe to put things.

Pros: ・設備は新しくてとてもきれい ・部屋は想像以上に広く快適だった ・プールが無料で使える。プールは広くて景色もきれい

Cons: ・ジョージタウン中心街からは車で10分ほど離れており、車は必須 ・これといった不満はなし
