Pros: I like the room because it is a duplex room. The two-level layout makes it feel spacious, cozy, and different from a typical hotel room.

Pros: - The location is excellent and very convenient, as it is within walking distance to Mualaf Restaurant. - The swimming pool on the 5th floor is very nice and enjoyable.

Cons: -The ground floor bathroom had a strong unpleasant odour. We also observed that the tap head was rusty and had come off. -One of the air conditioners was not working too.

Pros: I had a great stay at this homestay. The check-in procedure was very easy, and the flexible check-in time made everything even more convenient. The host reached out via WhatsApp with clear and detailed instructions, which made everything simple and easy to follow. A very patient and helpful host who provided excellent guidance throughout. The room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, with a lovely view and a peaceful environment—no disturbances at all during the stay. The location is also very good and extremely convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a pleasant and smooth experience. Highly recommended!

First choice place to stay on the next visit to Penang

Pros: Location is good. Big shopping centers just around the corner, walking distance and there is a wonderful and clean park across the road. The view is just great.

Cons: Carpark lights are too dim. Can be improved

Pros: Near to beach & public park where you can see people jogging & exercise where you can just walk & see the beautiful sunrise in front of you. Our unit is a duplex, not facing the beach but the price is so reasonable for 5 adults. 3 double bed & 1 single bed is more than enough for us. The unit provides basic eg: towels, kettle, plates, mugs, soaps. Not to mention the cleanliness is 5 star. We get 1 free parking & if you bring more than 1 car, you can ask the security guard for extra parking with additional charge. We also required to put RM300 deposit as security. Overall, we are more than happy & enjoy our stay so much here. The host also very helpfull and guide us during check in & check out.

Cons: I wish I can have more time to explore the property. The parking at B3 is a bit scary for woman.
