Would have been better with a toilet renovation. I would give it a 5-star.

Pros: The location is very convenient and being one of the few tall building around the area, it is very easy to spot the building.

Cons: The toilet is a bit run-down. The biget spray is not working properly, the shower head holder was malfunctioning, the tap was slant. There was rows of ants crawling around the bathroom and the kitchen area. But the host was nice to arrange for a cleaning on the 2nd day of our 5-day stay. The kettle cap was broken so we had to manually stop the boiling every time. The sofa can be cleaner or can place a cloth over it. I always put a used dry towel over the sofa before sitting.
