Regardless of the minor maintainance issues which is easily rectified, we enjoyed our stay and will chose this accommoda

Pros: Location location. Inside apartment was clean & super spacious for bedroom & had 2 bathrooms & toilets and views from the windows !

Cons: The handheld shower & bath, water leaks from the toilets are in need of maintainance. No tissue were provided.

Pros: We were very happy with the room and it's incredible location. The track around the swimming pool is a great idea. Thank you for giving clear instructions on the checking in and out. We will be sure to come back if we visit ipoh again.

Pleasant stay.

Pros: Good accessible location, very near to F&B areas.

Very good value for money. Very spacious. Security was good. Location was excellent.

Pros: Location was excellent with shops within walking distance. The view from the room was amazing. Swimming pool was a bonus.

Cons: Car park. While the space given was good, exit and entrance arrows were hard to spot.

Pros: best place to stay in ipoh... walking distant to cendol, nasi ganja, taman kanak-kanak, gerbang malam and yik foong... plus swimming pool is fantastic.

Pros: Location is just in town. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby just a walking distance.

Cons: Parking at level 6 is a bit challenging.

Good overnight stay

Pros: The location is excellent, right in the town center. The property is spacious, comfortable and bright. The self check-in and check-out was very easy. Jacqueline was easy to reach and very responsive.

Cons: There was a small wet stain on one of the bedsheet. Although it was explained by Jacqueline that it was due to spot cleaning by the cleaner, it left a bad impression on the cleanliness of the bedsheets. Other than the, the properly was relatively clean overall. Also, it was a hassle to reach the residential unit from the commercial carpark (we had an additional car so had to park on in the commercial carpark). We had to go down to the lobby from the commercial carpark and then walk to another lift to reach the residential unit. It was incovenient as we were carrying luggages.

Pros: Very strategic areas, all the nice food is walking distance. The building is new. The unit is very clean, comfortable & nice town view. Highly recommended.

Cons: The route leading to the higher levels of the carpark is too steep and might be difficult to manuveur your car.

Overall, it was a good accommodation. Spacious, decently equipped and great location.

Pros: Very conveniently located - all within walking distance or just a short drive away. Love the NETFLIX that came with the unit

Cons: 1) Master Room had a nasty smell coming from the toilet and the bedsheet feels rough 2) 2nd Room's air cond was not working well 3) The electric kettle was too BIG just to boil water for 2 cups of coffee. Must always ensure the kettle is 1/3 full before the water starts boiling. 4) Should have some hand towels/clean table cloth in the kitchen
