Pros: Extremely clean apartment. Everything you need, water filter, towels, toiletries, very comfy beds. Spacious rooms. Great Pool and Gym. Perfect location. Very helpful staff and plenty of information provided on booking.

Modern refurbished homestay- recommended for short stay with family!
Pros: The unit is very spacious. modern & comfortable. all props available like microwave, LG water, fridge netflix hbo and iron. 2 bathroom. privacy. close to pasar mlm n soya and 7E.
Cons: the tv - we need to ask many times only to know that need to open cabinet and on the switch for the netflix box. other than that all good!

Overall Stay went well
Pros: I liked the Location and easy check in , The big size of apartment , ample towels and the security staff.
Cons: There was no cooking or even Boiling facility except a kettle. There must be a bottle of good Hand soap in both bathrooms

A great apartment for a few days in Ipoh as a family. We were very comfortable and the staff were helpful. The pool was
Pros: A well furnished apartment with plenty of space and a great location to step out to the night market with lots of useful shops nearby such as convenience stores and cafes. The manager was great when I couldn’t work out the washing machine and came immediately. The apartment has comfortable beds and everything was clean.
Cons: I probably didn’t read the description properly and saw the kitchen area but expected a stove. There was a microwave which was useful but no kettle or way of cooking for one of the family who has allergies and can’t eat out.

Pros: Unit was big and can sleep 6, 1 large king, 1 queen and a sofa bed with a slide out bed. Couch was also sleepable. Location was good as it was in the centre of town
Cons: The unit is getting slightly worn and may need maintenance. Same floor as swimming pool

Strategic Location. City Centre. Comfortable Stay For Family Getaway.
Pros: Host (Mr William) is super responsive and very accommodative. Easy key collection instruction. The unit is big, clean and comfortable. Very suitable for a family with big number of member. The design & decoration is superb and nice .2 bedrooms with king bed and ensuite toilet. Super soft pillow. Bath tub in master bedroom's toilet. Water heater in every toilet. Toilet is clean. Large living hall with big and nice sofa. There also lounge and dining table. There also a TV with basic channel and good wifi. Aircond was good. Basic kitchen ware such as microwave, plates, cutleries. There also got swimming pool for adult and children. It is clean. Location is GREAT..!! Super near to the travel and eateries. Walking distance to Nasi Ganja, Konda-Kondi, Ipoh Parade etc. Pasar malam aka Gerbang Malam just opposite of the building.
Cons: Nothing. Just water pressure is lower when both shower being use in same time. Its ok..Not a big deal .
