Pros: Great location.. Pauline, the host, was 5 star in all aspects, made us feel very welcomed and helped us a lot.

Pros: The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable for family stay. Very spacious, equipped with basic kitchenettes that made us easier to order takeways and eat inside the room.

Cons: The lifts were very slow. There were only 3 nos of lifts for 41 floors Obviously inadequate and we at least needed to wait 20 mins everytime to go on lift.

Family reunion in Penang

Pros: Very spacious for 7 people. Glad to have smart tv in the sitting room. Well-equipped kitchen. Easy to access reception team.

Cons: The bathroom basin cabinet was not working well. The door dropped off when we tried to open it. There are actually 2 rooms instead of 3 rooms. One room does not have a door and wardrobe. Car park area is rather dark and floor levels are not clearly indicated.

Would definitely be back here again!

Pros: Beautiful place. Peaceful and loved the set up. Very seamless process overall from keys collection right up to check out. Good for a group of up to 8 though there was only 4 of us. Kitchen equipped with fridge, stove, cutleries etc. We had Netflix too!

Cons: Would be good if there were full length mirrors in the room (even in the cupboards will do). There's no space to dry clothes though so we skipped doing laundry. Would be good if the car parks were a little more lighted up. Some areas are quite dark.

Pros: I did not order any breakfast. By the way the location was superb & fantastic. We really enjoyed the entire accomodation & facilities provided. The property is pleasant place for a family stay & it was very cooling without using aircond.

Cons: The only thing that disappointed is the lift where when we want to checkout, it is always full due everyone wanted to checkout too. For 5 of us wanted to get down, it took 1hr + & we have to get down 1 or 2 person at a time due to always full. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. Tq
