Pros: The villa was clean 👍 very cozy & comfy interior, fresh new look just nice for us 4adults n 1baby. Spacious room & kitchen. Kitchen is very well equipped. Balconi for lepak 😁 value for money. Will come back again.

Awesome Stay

Pros: If you need awesome experience, you should try to stay here. Really enjoyed.

Location is excellent for those whom love clean beach and can spend the whole day beach watching!

Pros: Location is easy to find and within walking distance to public transportation and amenities, also located at beach front that is clean and nice view makes it worth to stay here. Villa is very homely and good for big family gathering with seniors and children too.

Cons: Blanket is too thin, thicker comforter will be excellent to sleep with.

Perfect, we have a wonderful time there.

Very pleasant accommodation near the beach

Pros: Good-sized room with very comfortable beds and a great balcony - good size and you can see the sea (between the high-rise buildings surrounding the villa). Very friendly and helpful staff. Useful to have use of a washing machine and communal fridge, and nice to have coffee, bread etc available..

Cons: 'Beach front' isn't quite accurate as the building is separated from the beach by a high-rise apartment block. It is very close though, just don't expect to step off a terrace and feel the sand between your toes. A pool to dive into after a hot day walking would have been perfect!

Great experience, the host was very hospitable and accommodating.

Pros: Great rooms, the bathroom is awesome. The location is next to Tanjung Bungah beach, within 200-300m. Very well maintained property. The host is available whenever needed. Parking space available for 3 cars. The main Batu Ferrringhi beach is 5-6km away. There's a Family Mart nearby

Cons: Everything is self service, which is not a bad thing. But I would recommend daily room service for room cleaning. This is not a complaint, but a recommendation to enhance the services.

Pros: good location, friendly staff, very close to the beach and Pasar Tanjung bungah. feel like home.

Cons: there were a big group of customers on last day make much noise and occupied most of the common area.
