Great option with a pool
Pros: The bedroom itself within the villa was very nice. It was spacious and very clean with a sofa, tv, large balcony, fridge. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was hot and a good strength. The aircon worked well.It was lovely to have to pool which is a good size for swimming and was mostly empty while we were there. It was really useful to have a washing machine. The drinking water dispenser is great. The area is fairly quiet but it only takes about 15 minutes to walk down to lots of restaurants and shops. Great option for the price particularly with a pool.
Cons: The communal area really needs some work. It is used partly for storage which doesn't look nice. The kitchen is well equipped but really needs a good clean. The cupboards have cobwebs and dust so you have to wash everything you use before you start. We loved the cat but it shouldn't be wandering around on kitchen surfaces. It would be nice to have some chairs for the balcony. The bed is quite firm.

Amazing.
Pros: The location is great, 10 min away from the beach. The room is clean, spacious, beautiful and same goes for the pool. Also, the housekeeper was very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was an incredible place and I would give more than 10 stars if I could.

It was a pleasure to stay at this villa, it is a calm sort of residential area. Ideal for relax.
Pros: Amazing stay at this villa that provided me with what I needed. Calm, privacy and a great swimming pool outside. If you have a motorbike, it is the best possible case, easy to drive towards the Batu beach/markets. Exceptional help from the accommodation staff.

Pros: Very comfortable room with big balcony, big bed on private villa with pool in a very calm place. As this villa has only 4 or 5 rooms, it means that it very calm and pool is almost always free. Also in common use there is a washing machine.

Fijne ervaring in HUPO Guest Room
Pros: Fijne ervaring in HUPO Guest Room Ons verblijf in de Guast Room was erg prettig, vooral dankzij de geweldige service van meneer Abidin. Hij was ontzettend behulpzaam en deed echt zijn best om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. De kamers waren comfortabel en schoon. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig, en de sfeer was erg vriendelijk en gemoedelijk. Het voelde als een fijne plek om even tot rust te komen. Dankzij de goede service en de comfortabele accommodatie zouden we zeker overwegen om hier opnieuw te verblijven.

Villa calme et reposante avec jolie piscine ❤️
Pros: La chambre spacieuse et sa salle de bains plaisante, les baies vitrées coulissantes avec le balcon, la piscine que nous avons eue pour nous seuls, la villa qui est très jolie, la cuisine mise à disposition avec tous ses équipements, la machine à laver à l'étage pour les résidents, les plantes dans la cour et le 🐱 chat 😍. Les codes pour le portail et la chambre (pas besoin de clés), les 4 serviettes mises à disposition dans la chambre, la télévision avec YouTube, le canapé, le lit super confortable, mini réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Le calme et le manager qui reste discret pour ne pas importuner les résidents.
Cons: La cuisine en désordre, le désordre près de la machine à laver et les balcons négligés et l'espace CCTV avec les cartons aux yeux des clients qui fait mauvais effet ( il est dommage de laisser ces points gâcher tout le reste qui est impeccable)
