Pros: We have a very short stay. Hotel located quite near to Komtar area. Hotel environment is warm and having the family vibes Have an authentic localize coffee shop next door serving traditional breakfast and yummy Char Kuey Tiao. Refreshing w a good coffee There is a Durian experience center just opposite the main road for durian ice cream and also learn abt durian agriculture

Cons: Cleaning personnel came in too early to clean up the place before we check out. Created a bit inconvenient but still ok maybe due to CNY peak season Personnel friendly as always~

It was good but it can still be improved

Pros: The facilities is complete , super comfortable and it was pleasant experience to rest and sleep

Cons: The shared bathroom makes it a bit difficult for the woman to properly feel comfort , the fact that other tenant keep other facility like hairdryer to themselve until time of checkout

Pros: The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, within a 10-20 minute walk of any destination. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby, making life very convenient. The hotel has self-check-in, so the staff are particularly friendly. If you arrive early and call the staff, they will patiently and kindly communicate with you and help you with any questions. If your room is ready, you can check in early. If not, you can go upstairs to store your luggage. The ground floor entrance is a combination lock, and there's a staff room on the second floor where you can store your luggage. The accommodation level has a lockable iron gate, making it very secure. I stayed on the top floor, which has several rooms with a central living room, two shared toilets and a bathroom, and a balcony for drying clothes. While the hotel isn't luxurious, you can experience local life. I was very satisfied with my stay.In addition, some of the staff speak Chinese very well.

For the price of the hotel, it's OK. But definitely not staying some other time. Tqvm.

Pros: The room for 4 was OK. We stayed 4 nights. Price of stay OK. Got food stall down stairs in the morning and restaurant in the ground floor at night. Got microwave and fridge and water dispenser and electric cooker and washing machine and electric kettle.

Cons: No hotel parking. No attached bathroom in the room. Need to walk 4th floor for my room with the bags.

Pros: The staff is very friendly and polite. The room is clean!

Pros: The ground floor offers the convenience of a kopitiam and a late-night hotpot. The hassle-free check-in process - simply pick up the key and enter. The variety of room options allows for flexible arrangements. It will be my top choice for accommodations in that area.

Cons: The weather was rainy on the day of check-in, and unfortunately, there was significant noise coming from the rooftop. While this may not have bothered adults, it could have been unsettling for children.

Great value for money, nice and clean room with bright windows

Pros: Bed was comfortable, ac worked well, appartment was clean, room was bright.

Cons: A bit complicated to have shower as there is nowhere to put your stuff and there is only one toilet.

Pros: Online staff were responsive. Free laundry and drinking water. Good kitchen area. Bathrooms were okay. Good location. Easy check in and accessing the building
